Cancellation/Rescheduling/No Show Policy:
We have a strict policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. We kindly ask that you cancel, reschedule, or make any necessary changes at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by calling us at (504) 518-4461.

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows will result in a 100% collection fee.
If your appointment is canceled by the business, it may be due to failure to confirm your appointment (via phone or text) or having an invalid/no credit card on file.
Additional Policies:

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in additional costs.
If you are in your first or last trimester of pregnancy, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
If you have had BOTOX treatment within the last 30 days, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
If you are running more than 30 minutes late, we will not be able to service you, and you must reschedule by calling (504) 518-4461.
A $50 late fee will be applied if you are more than 15 minutes late.
